We ship with professional carriers and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery. Delivery time depends on the product type (in-stock vs. made-to-order) and warehouse location. Tracking details are provided once the order has shipped.

Returns (eligible items): Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging (where applicable). Some items may be non-returnable, including custom/made-to-order or final sale items.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not started. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
