CASA MILANO FURNISHINGS – RETURNS & DAMAGES POLICY

All Sales Final - White Glove Quality Guarantee

1. OUR PROMISE: 
Because every Casa Milano piece is inspected at our Houston facility and delivered White Glove into your home, all furniture sales are final. This protects pricing for all clients and ensures you receive only perfect, untouched items.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS - 100% COVERED:
Your White Glove delivery team will wait while you inspect every item. 
- If any damage occurs in transit, NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT before the team leaves.
- Email photos to support@casamilanofurnishings.com within 48 hours.
- We will repair, replace, or refund 100% at our cost. No return shipping fees for damages.

3. CHANGED YOUR MIND? 
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong color/size, or "doesn't fit my space." 
WHY: Luxury furniture cannot be resold as new once delivered. We encourage all clients to:
- Order free material swatches before purchase
- Review all dimensions on product page
- Text our Concierge 213-608-6842 with photos of your space for approval

4. CANCELLATIONS:
- In-Stock Orders: May be cancelled for 100% refund if cancelled within 2 hours of order, before it ships.
- Special Orders: Require 30% non-refundable deposit. Cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All furniture, clearance items, and special orders are final sale.

6. REFUND TIMELINE FOR APPROVED DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Approved damage refunds issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days.
