  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Some items are made-to-order or imported, which may require additional processing time.




Delivery Time



  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:
    • In-stock items: 10–21 business days
    • Made-to-order / imported items: 6-12 weeks 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.




Shipping Method



  • Large furniture items are delivered via freight or white-glove delivery, depending on the product.
  • Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery once the order arrives at the local carrier hub.




Shipping Fees



  • Free shipping is offered on selected products and promotions.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.




Delivery Conditions



  • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery (doorways, elevators, staircases).
  • Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessible locations may result in additional fees.




Damaged or Lost Items



  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.
  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
