At Casa Milano Furnishings, we work with trusted U.S. and international furniture partners to deliver luxury furniture safely and professionally. Delivery timelines vary by product, warehouse location, item size, availability, and final delivery destination.

1. Delivery Timelines

Each product page includes an estimated delivery timeframe when available.

Some items may ship from U.S. partner warehouses and may arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on availability and delivery location.

Specialty, oversized, imported, or custom pieces may require extended delivery times, typically 4–6 weeks, 6–8 weeks, or longer depending on the item.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier processing, freight scheduling, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed, we review product availability, shipping details, and delivery requirements.

If any issue affects availability or delivery timing, we will contact you with available options.

3. Delivery Service

Large furniture items may ship through freight, local delivery partners, or specialty furniture carriers depending on the item and destination.

Some items may qualify for room-of-choice or white-glove delivery when available. Delivery service level may vary by product, carrier, and location.

Unless specifically stated on the product page or order confirmation, delivery may not include full assembly, packaging removal, or room-of-choice placement.

4. Delivery Area

Casa Milano Furnishings currently ships within the continental United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless confirmed before purchase.

5. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery.

If there is visible damage, please take clear photos of:

  • the packaging
  • the damaged area
  • the full item
  • the shipping label, if available

Damage should be reported as soon as possible so we can assist with a claim, replacement, repair option, or other resolution when applicable.

6. Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available for scheduled deliveries.

Additional charges may apply for missed delivery appointments, storage fees, re-delivery, incorrect addresses, or delivery limitations caused by building access, stairs, elevators, narrow entryways, or other site conditions.

7. Oversized Furniture Delivery

Many Casa Milano items are oversized or heavy. Before ordering, please confirm that the item can safely fit through your doorway, hallway, stairway, elevator, and room of choice.

Casa Milano Furnishings is not responsible for delivery issues caused by limited access at the delivery location.
