At Casa Milano Furnishings, we take pride in offering premium, made-to-order and luxury furniture. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Made-to-order or customized furniture
- Clearance or discounted items
- Large furniture items once delivery is completed successfully
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.
Delivery Refusals
Refused deliveries without prior approval are subject to:
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees (up to 30%)
