Return & Refund Policy


At Casa Milano Furnishings, we take pride in offering premium, made-to-order and luxury furniture. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.



Eligibility for Returns



  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.




Non-Returnable Items



The following items are final sale and non-returnable:


  • Made-to-order or customized furniture
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Large furniture items once delivery is completed successfully




Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged:


  • Contact us immediately at support@casamilanofurnishings.com
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable




Refunds



  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.




Delivery Refusals



Refused deliveries without prior approval are subject to:


  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fees (up to 30%)
